Policies
'Normal Hours' of operation for Catering is 7:00 am thru 2:30 pm Monday thru Friday. After hours service can always be provided. An extra labor fee of $37.00 per hour after 2:30 pm will be charged for late drop off or pick up. Please schedule in advance.

A 15% service fee will be added for arranging equipment rentals, specialty linen and flower arrangements.
We are happy to create a custom menu to satisfy your needs, type of function and fit any budget!
Place your order 48 Hours in advance to ensure product and service availability. Please specify delivery time (allow 30 minute window), pick up time and if it is okay to interrupt meetings for deliveries and/or pick-ups.
Don't Panic! We understand about those last minute meetings. We are here to help. Please understand we may have to make substitutions (depending on availability of item), and/or there may be an additional cost of $35.00 for labor (depending on availability of staffing). We will inform you if warranted.
Our Standard 'Set-Up' provides compostable plates, forks, spoons, knives, cups and napkins.
Complete Fine-Dining China Service including glassware.
A Delivery Fee (during normal business hours) may be added for each delivery made on orders under $25.00.

Fine Dining service provides staff for event during and after normal business hours. For events after hours a minimum of 5 hours per Server/Attendant is required.
We kindly ask that all equipment and supplies delivered to meetings be left in the original delivery room/site. Any missing items/equipment will be charged at full replacement cost.
All catering orders received will be confirmed the day of if received by 2:30 pm or by 8:00 am the next business day if sent after 2:30 pm.
Catering orders cancelled within 24 Hours are subject to charges for labor, perishable or special purchase items, and expended staff resources.
All Catering orders and services are subject to California sales tax.
Eurest policy on outside catering restricts us from providing equipment and/or paper products for events with outside catering. Also we may not assume responsibility for food or beverages not ordered from the café.
